Greek Salad
This Greek Salad recipe was found on taste.com.au. I’ve made this salad a few times, and instead of the oil and vinegar you can use balsamic vinegar dressing. Only change I make it not using a whole red onion, only half. I found too much red onion overpowered everything else.
Also, a note from Maria from Greekalicious, genuine good-quality Greek feta is made of goat’s and/or sheep’s milk, not cow’s milk, so check this out when shopping for ingredients.
It has been enjoyed by my hubby at home, and family at a Christmas-eve dinner (this was the first time I made this salad, with my Dad’s help).
