Chorizo and Capsicum Soup
I made this Chorizo and Capsicum Soup recipe that I found on taste.com.au. I’ve found quite a few good recipes on this site (and for those who are used to metric, it’s all metric here!). I did a few things differently myself: I used fresh tomatoes, but peeling them is a lot of time & effort so canned as stated is easier. I also used basil, salt, pepper and season-all (masterfoods brand) to season the soup, and the season-all whilst frying the sausages.
